Practising yoga one to one or in small groups is the best way to experience yoga. You will see progress and the benefits of yoga in a shorter space of time. You will also benefit from lots of personal advice on the asanas (poses) that could most help you and be taught how to practise yoga asana safely for your body.
My primary focus is to help you to feel more at ease within your body through physical asana practice (yoga poses) and deep relaxation (yoga Nidra).
One to one classes can be taught at the home studio or your home or even work if there is a suitable space.
A bespoke programme of yoga or mediation will be designed specifically for you and your needs.
I feel passionately that our health is our greatest treasure. Moving with greater ease in our bodies means that we get to take part in life more and grasp all that life has to offer.
My yoga teacher training included a sound grounding in movement anatomy. I include yoga somatics and biomechanics in a class to ease pain and discomfort in our bodies and improve movement.
If you are new to yoga and nervous about joining a class the personal attention of one to one sessions could give you a head start and help you find the confidence to dive into a group class.
